I'm CURRENTLY living in Oregon, where I teach an art class in Salem,at the National Tattoo Academy....wtf, you ask? Read on....I got my start designing tattoos and selling flash art to shops as a kid,and as I ran out of local places to hit up,in and around the towns I lived in,I started road tripping to any town I could, then the next, and so on,with no planning,no money and nothing that didn't fit in to a back pack.
I made it from Missouri to New Orleans and eventually to here on the west coast,in that time,my personal projects have ranged from paintings to short films, photography, urban exploration, animation, sculpting and much more.
collaboratively I have worked with musicians around the world as well as many local stage shows and productions with various friends, shows and bands, making costumes, stage props, videos, set designs, make up/special effects, promotional material and any other random what ever I could.
Aside from the obvious,I derive a lot of my inspiration from reading, dreams, music and research in to the mechanics of things. If I wasn't and artist,id want to be a psychologist or a traveling, freelance carnival surgeon or maybe an Asian physicist.
as of now I am completely uneducated,I'm a high school droop out,I did a lot of drugs,I despise almost all forms of authority,I failed art class 2 years in a row in high school.
Anyways,my work is a collection of ideas and research,as well as an illustrated dream diary, Much of my personal work is based on studies I have done in to ancient cultures, modern science and various hallucinations, its a projection of my theories,a sum of my thoughts and an open, ever changing body of work,my influences include Vedic mantras, the Mahabharata, alchemical text,Sanskrit writings, creation mythologies, biology, physics and many of my own misconceptions, which shape my art and outlook, most of the time my work is very closely connected to what I'm learning about and what I'm interested in at the time of its creation. A lot of my ideas are condensed in to visual images,no matter what im reading or learning about,my mind often becomes a landscape of surreal, fluid images which are much harder to forget then the information that inspired them. my work has been shown in galleries, festivals, stores and tattoo shops in Seattle and surrounding areas,Co.Springs,Kansas City,New Orleans,LA and many other random towns and cities as well as many virtual galleries such as the museum of computer art in New York and the Shadow Nation gallery,in Portland.

Bad art is more tragically beautiful than good art 'cause it documents human failure.
Thanks a lot!

I'm not the only one who likes your art. Many times I've showed your fairies and everybody agree with me. Yes... I'm a fairy addict ... But not ThinkerBell's style one!
